Sell all tree care services including tree pruning and removals, plant health care, cabling/bracing, etc.
Function as a company expert on all tree related topics, including insect, disease management, pruning and removals.
MUST be able to go after leads through cold calling, the field, and leads from the office.
An ideal candidate for this job WOULD BE a hunter, not a gatherer.

Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Arborist or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire Having a CTSP certificate, and a PHC license is a plus Must have a current/valid drives license.
A CDL is preferred but not necessary Must pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests Sales experience is preferred but not necessary Must have past field experience (as in tree climbing, pruning, removals and PHC) Must be able to go to social events, trade shows, conferences, and golf outings around the Twin Cities Experience and capability to lead and supervise tree crews Follow, encourage, and promote safety standards Get along with all levels of a team Customer service skills Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
You need to be able to communicate/relate with various individuals from different backgrounds and experiences.
Having an established book of business to bring over is a big plus Able to meet clients on the weekend & evenings when necessary Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high paced environment at all times Excellent organizational and time management skills is a must Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, and SingleOps Professional appearance and dress Professional conduct Punctual Honest and Ethical Outgoing Self-starter and motivated Drive/Hunger for success Traits that will be a plus in the position:
